Staff are rude! Dealt business very badly, put a deposit on phone and they sold it!! And took over a week to get deposit back as they couldn’t get through to manager!!!! A complete joke!!!! Make sure you record everything

just recently got my phone back from repair and it began with the s pen not being placed back into the phone, the screen was for the all back note 10 not the aura glow (sliver colour), lastly the sim tray was silver not black

The service is not that great because everything goes through Victor the owner. If he’s not in, you are fobbed off until he returns. I waited weeks for a simple purchase. Repairs are first class and not that expensive.
