Grossly over-priced – recovery data took 30 minutes but costs 226 pounds. I was told it will be few hours but it clearly wasn’t the case. But I suppose it sounds better to tell the client that it will take up to few hours if you are taking that much money

They said they would return my initial phone call within 1 hour, but took over 24 hours, by which time I had taken my laptop to another company who had repaired it!!!!
