Didnt even get keys cut. Shop stinking of cigarettes. Attitude of man was absolutely stinking just down right arrogant. Would not recommend.

Shop said the key blanks for my lock had been discontinued and they couldn’t get them. Sourced the blanks myself online and brought them in, told me its company policy that they won’t cut blanks unless supplied by them. Bonkers

This bloke isn’t a locksmith. Charged me 9.00 for a basic 3 lever mortice key. I had to grind most of it myself, nothing about it fitted in the lock. Could of bought 3 of these for 10.00 down south. Would liked to of posted a picture of key. Con merchan
